Alan Langlands

Sir Robert Alan Langlands FRSE FRCP (Hon.) FRCGP (Hon.) FRCS (Edin.) (Hon.) FRCPSG (Hon.) FFPH FIA is notable for his service as chief executive of the National Health Service executive in England (1994–2000) and, more recently, as principal and vice chancellor of the University of Dundee (2000–2009).
