Alain Sars (born 30 April 1961) is a retired French football referee.
Sars was involved in some controversy in the game between AIK and Barcelona, when he wrongfully allowed a goal for Barcelona.
Sars has officiated matches in the 2000 African Cup of Nations, UEFA Champions League, and the UEFA European Football Championship.
He retired internationally in 2006.
