The Andre Aisenstadt Prize recognizes a young Canadian mathematician's outstanding achievement in pure or applied mathematics. It has been awarded annually since 1992 (except in 1994, when no prize was given) by the Centre de Recherches Mathématiques. The prize consists of a $3,000 award and a medal.
In 2007, it was won by Greg Smith of Queen's University and Alexander Holroyd of the University of British Columbia. The 2008 prize was given to József Solymosi of the University of British Columbia and Jonathan Taylor of the Université de Montréal.
