Until January 2011, His Highness the Emir of Kuwait, used a Boeing 747, from then on His Highness uses two identical Boeing 747-8 and two identical Airbus A340-500 both of which are equipped with military defence equipment to protect the plane from any potential attacks. His Highness the Crown Prince of Kuwait uses an Airbus A300 until the arrival of his Airbus A340-500.

• 2 Airbus A310 carry the Emir's security, which flies 48 hours before the Emir's departure
• 2 Airbus A319 used by the Government
• 3 Airbus A320-200 used by Al Sabah ministers
• 2 Airbus A340-500 used by the Emir of Kuwait Senior members of the Al Sabah ruling family
• 1 Boeing 747-8 used by the Emir of Kuwait
• 5 Gulfstream G550 used by the Government, Al Sabah Ruling family
• 4 Gulfstream V used by the Government, Al Sabah Ruling family
