Iraq
The government of Iraq used a Boeing 767–200. Previously, they used an ex Air Canada aircraft. Recently Mahan Air of Iran donated an Airbus A300B4-600 (YI-APX) aircraft which is now used on government flights.
Saddam Hussein had his own personal custom made 747SP for his travel as well as few Boeing 727s and Falcons for Governmental use.
