Air Malawi operates to the following destinations, as of November 2011. Currently is operating one ATR 42-320 after government ordered the airline to stop leasing any planes due to the loses it has been making as it was draining forex that has become scarce on the market. The dry lease of Boeing 737-200 from Bravo Capital expired in October 2011 and Air Malawi did not renew the lease.The aircraft ATR 42 is now only operating the following routes: Blantyre, Lilongwe, Lusaka, Harare and Dar Tanzania.
