The Laboratories of the Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology in different department are as follows:

Department of Architecture

There are three laboratories in this department which are as follows:

  1. Auto CAD lab
  2. Photographic Lab
  3. Building Materials Lab
Department of Civil Engineering

There are nine laboratories in this department which are as follows:

  1. Surveying lab
  2. Auto CAD Lab
  3. Environment Engineering Lab
  4. Strength of Materials Lab
  5. Fluid Mechanics and Hydraulics lab
  6. Geotechnical lab
  7. Transportation lab
  8. Concrete Lab
  9. Soil Mechanics Lab
Department of Computer Science and Engineering

There are seven laboratories in this department which are as follows:

  1. Network & Data Communication Lab
  2. Web Application & Multimedia Lab
  3. Digital Electronics & Design Lab
  4. Data & Knowledge Engineering Lab
  5. Software Engineering Lab
  6. Microprocessor & Interfacing Lab
  7. Operating System Lab

Besides, the core Network and Internet Service System of the University are also maintained under the guidance of the Department, and the major servers are located at the 'University Server room'.

Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering

There are thirteen laboratories in this department which are as follows:

  1. VLSI & DSP Lab
  2. Simulation Lab
  3. Control lab
  4. Microwave & Optical Communication Lab
  5. Telecom Lab
  6. Machine Lab
  7. Power System Lab
  8. Digital & Microprocessor Lab
  9. Project Lab
  10. Power System & Switchgear and protective Relays Lab
  11. Electronics Lab
  12. Electrical Circuit Lab-1
  13. Electrical Circuit lab-2
Department of Textile Engineering

There are nine laboratories in this department which are as follows:

  1. Yarn Manufacturing Lab-1
  2. Yarn Manufacturing Lab-2
  3. Textile Testing and Quality Control Lab-1
  4. Textile Testing and Quality Control Lab-2
  5. Computer Lab
  6. Wet Processing Lab (Dyeing, Printing & Finishing)
  7. Fabric Manufacturing Lab-1 (Weaving)
  8. Fabric Manufacturing Lab-2 (Knitting)
  9. Garments Lab

Some of the practical classes are held at Jute & Textile Product Development Center (BJRI), BTMC, TTTC and some other private textile mills, factories and cpmmercial laboratories.

Department of Mechanical & Production Engineering
  1. Machine Tools and Machining Lab
  2. Foundry Laboratory
  3. Welding Lab
  4. Manufacturing Process lab

Some of the practical classes are held at Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET), DUET, Technical Teachers’ Training College, Tejgaon, Dhaka (TTTC).

Department of Arts & Science

There are five laboratories in this department which are as follows:

  1. Physics Lab-1
  2. Physics Lab-2
  3. Chemistry Lab-1
  4. Chemistry Lab-2
  5. Language Lab
School of Business

This department has one Computer Lab.

The university library has more than 20,000 volumes of books.

Newly constructed Academic Building of Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology at Plot No. 141 & 142, Tejgaon I/A, Dhaka -1215. The main campus of the university is built on a five-bigha plot of land acquired in Tejgaon Industrial Area which is in the central area of Dhaka.
