Organisation
The College is headed by the Founder and President Bastian Kuhl. Dr. Andreas Philipp is the scientific counselor. The board of directors is a committee of Afghans and Germans who administer the affairs of the college together. Furthermore it is responsible for the development and implementation of all relevant strategic topics. Samiullah Ayobi, Sadaqat Sadiq and Thomas Brackmann also work in the BoD.
