Operational Forces Command

The Operational Forces Command (Comando della Squadra Aerea or CSA) controls all operative units of the Aeronautica Militare. The responsibility of the CSA is to ensure that each unit is equipped, trained and prepared for combat duty. However for actual missions the units are commanded by the Air-forces Operations Command (Comando Operativo Delle Forze Aeree or COFA).
