Prequel
On 14 April 2009, it was announced that a prequel for A Wednesday! was being planned by the film makers. Employing the same cast, it is to be directed by Pandey's assistant. As UTV owns the rights to the title, an alternative would be chosen, as it being produced by Neeraj Pandey.
