Jim Jones and Juelz Santana's Skull Gang made an album based on Christmas in the hood. Mike Epps is hosting the album and is featured on many skits. It spawned two singles "Intro" or better known as "Bad Santa Intro" and "Jingle Bellz". Both singles had videos (Bad Santa Intro, Jingle Bellz) which both premiered on 106 & Park the same day. The videos were directed by Jim Jones and Kevin Custer.
Since its release on November 25, the Bad Santa tribute album has failed to crack the top 200 of Nielsen's weekly SoundScan report.
Deonta Cummings is filing a suit against Jim Jones and E1 Records (formerly Koch) alleging that his artist, Ivory Keys, was not given proper compensation or credit for his contribution to the album Jim Jones & Skull Gang Present A Tribute To Bad Santa Starring Mike Epps.
