7-Eleven SpeakOut Wireless in April 2004 7-Eleven became the first retailer to launch proprietary prepaid wireless service program called 7-Eleven Speak Out Wireless. 7-Eleven expanded its proprietary prepaid wireless program to Canada, Singapore and Malaysia. In The U.S. the service operated on the AT&T Mobility network enabled by the Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) Ztar mobile. In Canada the operation began November 2005 on the Rogers GSM network. In Malaysia, it runs at the DiGi network.
