Administration

The Mosman Daily reported that on 28 October 2009, the station's board of directors appointed an administrator to the licensee, Northside Broadcasting Cooperative, following a period of financial difficulty. The station switched to a full-time relay of the BBC World Service, canceled all programming and locked all volunteers out of the studio. The relay of the BBC World Service was to ensure the station met all conditions of its licence with the Australian Communications and Media Authority.

However, A "Radio Rescue" campaign was devised including a concert . It resumed local programming in January 2010, per its website. It continues to broadcast from Chatswood in the north-west of Sydney. The station broadcasts across the northern suburbs of Sydney from Mosman to Hornsby. It operates as a not-for-profit Co-Operative. Its new Chair is Richard Bell, an organiser of "Radio Rescue". The current Manager is Ms Yvette Kaleel. The station is supported by around 70 volunteers many of whom are presenters or programme producers.
