The 2006 Amsterdam Admirals season was the 12th season for the team in the NFL Europe League (NFLEL). The Admirals were led by sixth-year head coach Bart Andrus and played their home games at Amsterdam ArenA. Amsterdam finished the season in first place with a record of 7–3 and lost 7–22 to the Frankfurt Galaxy in World Bowl XIV.
