The 19th Operations Group is composed of seven flying squadrons, flying the Lockheed C-130 Hercules:

  • 19th Operations Support Squadron
  • 30th Airlift Squadron (Associate unit with the Wyoming Air National Guard's 153d Airlift Wing).
  • 34th Combat Training Squadron
  • 41st Airlift Squadron
  • 50th Airlift Squadron
  • 52d Airlift Squadron (Associate unit with the Air Force Reserve Command's 302nd Airlift Wing)
  • 53d Airlift Squadron
  • 61st Airlift Squadron
  • 345th Airlift Squadron (Associate unit with the Air Force Reserve Command's 403d Wing).
