International Intervention
On 28 March the United Nations adopt resolution no. 1101 for humanitarian aid to Albania. On 15 April, Operation Alba forces began to arrive in Albania. About 7000 soldiers under the direction of Italy come to Albania to restore order and force of law. The first forces deployed in Durrës. Normality returned to Tirana.
