1989 Australian Touring Car Championship
The 1989 Shell Ultra Australian Touring Car Championship was the 30th running of the Australian Touring Car Championship. It began on 5 March 1989 at Amaroo Park and ended on 9 July at Oran Park Raceway after eight rounds. The championship was open to Group 3A Touring Cars as was the 1989 Australian Manufacturers' Championship which was contested over the same eight round series.
