On October 28, #1 Oklahoma beat Kansas State 56-19, #2 Penn State beat West Virginia 49-21, #3 Alabama beat Virginia Tech 35-0, #4 Nebraska beat Oklahoma State 22-14, and #5 Maryland got ready for their upcoming showdown with Penn State by thumping Duke 27-0.
