Edward Moulton
Edward Moulton was a college football head coach for the University of Minnesota for the 1891 season, leading the team to a 3-1-1 record. He was from Minneapolis, MN and was therefore Minnesota's first native-born coach. He served as a member of the 1st Minnesota Heavy Artillery Regiment during the American Civil War. He was also a champion sprinter and an athletic trainer.
