167 Urda is a main-belt, S-type asteroid.

It is a member of the Koronis asteroid family.

It was discovered by C. H. F. Peters on August 28, 1876 in Clinton, New York and named after Urd, one of the Norns in Norse mythology.

A stellar occultation by Urda was observed from Japan on July 23, 2001.
